Operation Transition: Outside the Wire.

Suicide by Veterans is a daily occurrence and on the rise. More then 8000 Veterans a year, male and female, find themselves at a loss, with no hope and feel so helpless, that they choose taking their own life, as no other choice, left to them. It is recorded, sadly, more then 20 a day, resort to this outcome.

Servicemen and Women, who proudly served at one time, wearing the uniform of this great Nation, protecting the very Freedoms that we enjoy today, while they themselves, not benefiting from these same Freedoms and opportunities that we share.

Be it homelessness, no jobs, PTSD, TBI, the cancerous causing “Burn Pits,” so many obstacles and stumbling blocks, preventing them from their dreams, a path and journey to fit in, becoming a happy contributor to society and for themselves, enjoying and living the American Dream.

Operation Transition: Outside the Wire, is progressing towards one goal, to transition a Veteran in need, with a safe setting and place to reside, while learning and gaining the ability to find success, through a Program designed specifically for them, to help them on their journey.

Founder and Marine Tom West and his bride Shannon, have taken on this role, as they have a remarkable history of success, providing direction and support for our homeless Veterans and their families in need. They have accomplished this all without Government support and rely on donations, donated goods and clothing, and the purchase of their outstanding roasted coffee, where you can become a member. Each purchase of coffee, is 100% donated back to their Veterans Program, with you personally supporting with taking care of our own. I might add, that the Government Programs, have failed our Veterans for decades, and both Tom and Shannon, want this to be a “Humankind Program,” where our own Citizens make this their Program, without the Government, Interfering with the human rights of those who have served and sacrificed.

Do your part, as your Grandfather, Father and those who served in your family, Honor them, by being part of something, greater then yourself, a part of caring and supporting, those men and women, who put their lives on the line, so that you can enjoy your tomorrows.

God Bless you and Ooooorah and Semper Fi. Major Bill Mimiaga USMC
